The Public Record — The Epstein Case · ← back to the archive

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC ("we", "us"), owned by Shane Bedasee, handles information when you use The Public Record (the "Service"), a static, citation-first archive explorer for the publicly released record of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

The short version

The Public Record is a static website. The core archive runs entirely in your browser with no tracking, no analytics, no accounts, and no network calls of its own. We do not collect personal information, we do not use cookies, and we do not sell or share any data — because we don't gather any to begin with.

Information we collect

How we use information

Because the Service doesn't collect personal information, there is nothing for us to use, profile, monetize, or sell. Any hosting logs that exist are used only to keep the site available and secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use any of your data to train AI models.

Cookies

The Service sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Some pages may store small preferences (such as a chosen tab) in your browser's local storage; that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Third-party services

This Service does not use Stripe, Supabase, advertising networks, or analytics providers. The only third parties involved are:

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / CPRA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Since we hold no personal information about you, in most cases there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete — but you are welcome to contact us with any request and we will respond. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for an adult, research-oriented audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

The Service is static and stores no user data, which removes most data-breach risk by design. The host serves the site over HTTPS where available. No system is perfectly secure, but there is no personal database here to compromise.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
